GENERAL TOS

- You must be at the very least 16+ to order.- I have my right to decline a commission from you for any reason.- Do not use the artwork for commercial purposes, unless I've explicitly agreed.- Payment is done half and half.
First half is paid upfront, the rest is paid after the sketch is finished and confirmed to look good.
Full upfront payment is possible if preferred and required for sketch/lineart commissions.
USD via Ko-fi and Nitro payments are done in full upfront.- No refunds unless I need to drop the commission or the commissioner has a valid reason.
The amount of money refunded is progress-based.
Nitro payments are not refundable.- The finished artwork will be used to promote myself.
The commissioner may request for me to not post the artwork anywhere and keep it private.- You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc. with credit and permission.
_{This applies to posting the artwork on social media! Please ask me beforehand if I'm okay with it.}- Do not claim the artwork as your own!- Do not trace or heavily reference my work.- Major changes can only be done during sketch/lineart stage.
If major changes are needed afterward, they might cost extra.
Minor changes can be done at any time.- My artwork can NOT be used for AI training whatsoever, under any circumstances !!!

INFO

- I work on commissions mostly on weekends.
I can, however, work with a deadline at the cost of a fee if the schedule lets me. The fee depends on how soon the deadline is.- Discord is highly preferred for communication, but not required.- I require an unshaded ref to work with.
I can turn a blind eye to that if the shading doesn't mix with the design itself AND you provide a color palette.
_{(This doesn't apply to fandom characters from things like games that don't have a solid colored reference.)}- Time zones can be a real pain, so please be patient with me; I'll get back to you eventually.
If you're unsure if I saw your message, don't be afraid to send another one (just don't spam).- I should have a wip within 1-2 weeks; however, there can be setbacks. I'll make sure to update you on any issues.- I usually try to finish a commission the same day as I started it, but that isn't always the case because of many different factors.- Don't be afraid to ask for any changes regarding the drawing.- I'm mostly available 2pm-8pm UTC during the week and 8am-9pm UTC during free days.
Outside these hours, I may reply slowly or not at all.
